Shy Boy
I know a stage of shyness is common with babies so I'm not too concerned with Cooper's recent new quirk.
He bawls whenever someone tries to say hello to him.
We go to the local shop everyday.
He used to love it. Now, I have to load him up with distracting rattles & soft toys to play with because without fail someone will greet him & he totally looses his shit! He even gets a little shy when his Nanny comes over. But I do love when he turns his little face away & buries it into Mum's shoulder.
He knows, even at 6 months that there's no safer place than in my arms.

What a cutie. I haven't seen alex get shy yet, but surely that is coming sometime soon. I am sure with Cooper it is just a stage as you said. he must be so sick of people stopping to admire his cuteness hehe. poor little man - that papparazzi is bad isn't it!
Look how big he's gotten!!!!!! Yeah, this is the age where they dont like unfarmiliar faces. I brought my girls into work on friday, and they wouldnt smile at anyone! Neve looked at all of them like they were guilty of somthing. He is beautiful. I miss your posts- where r u lady?
ah, well at least he knows that mommy is near and safe.
Our two haven't gotten shy yet, but I'm sure it's coming.

My DD was SO shy and it all started around 6 months and lasted until 22 months. Now, she is a social butterfly and I can't stop but think "Who is this person?" she is SO outgoing! Enjoy his snuggle Mommy time now!
PS He is adorable.
