Summer Holiday
It could have been a disaster. Taking a 12 week old baby on a long distance holiday. I'm glad to report it wasn't. Cooper travelled 6 hours in the Winnebago to a south coast town called Bermagui, sleeping all the way & beginning his first real Summer vacation. Bliss, I say.
He went to the beach. He went to lawn bowls & the pub for lunch. He watched fresh fish that Daddy caught sizzle on the BBQ. He got lathered in sunscreen. He wore his sun hat.
He lazed in Daddy's arms in his nappy...watching the tree's sway & kookaburra's laugh.
He encountered flies & mosquitoes & his first huntsman spider (which had taken up residence in his pram) but Mummy bravely fended all the nasties off.
And even though we were a long way from home, he got Milk.
What a lovely time. Well done little Aussie.

Gorgeous Mony. What a good little traveller, I hope he stays that way for you.
You and your husband look so smitten and happy. I love this post.
What a little champ! Love that last picture!
Beautiful! So funny too that you are taking summer holidays and we are in the midst of winter! Really brings home the reality of how far apart our online comrades are!
Well done indeed!
Next year he'll be in his speedos and cruising for chicks! Just gorgeous hon, happy holidays
Yeah to Cooper enjoying his first big trip! He is going to be quite the world travelor, isn't he? It sounds like you all had a wonderful time, too!
Seriously, Mony, he is such a cutie!
sounds divine!
Is that a beema 3 wheeler I spy??? With the lime green trim??? we have the same one.
I am glad everyone had a great holiday!
Well done Mony - and of course to your hubby and Cooper. My hat off to anybody who travels with a small baby. We are taking our first trip next month when Poopee's 10 months. Shocking! I think it gets harder when they are older because Poopee can crawl now.
Crawling baby on plane = nightmare?
Cooper is as adorable as always :)
