The Rainbow Connection

A spectacular rainbow arched over me on my way home from work yesterday. It was brilliant. Perfectly dazzling. And, it spoke to me. OK, not literally. However it emulated miracles and wonder. I could almost hear Kermit and his banjo..."The lovers, the dreamers, and me..."

Dearest Mony,
It's TRULY a sign! (I'm big on signs - every time I feel scared, I hear Bono on the radio.) May you have a gentle weekend. Hire out Napoleon Dynamite (the Gen-Xer in you will LOVE it). Mission for the next few days: Pamper and Distract. This tunnel is nearly finished and soon you will know. xoxoxxo TC (Your comment has made me laugh out loud for the past hour. You are freaking hilarious. And ... did you take said photos whilst driving car?!)

Yes! Driving & taking photo's with my phone! Is that against the law, do you think? Imagine going to court because I was driving & taking rainbow photo's at the same time. Objection! Your Honour!

Mony- we missed you! Thanks for coming back to us. Rainbows are a lovely sign!
As a child I once thought that if you were to walk through a rainbow that you would be transported into rainbow brites world (cartoon- not sure if you at the other end of the world had it). I tried it- it didnt work. My childhood ended that day.

By the way I thought you should know that I now consider you a friend- which means you better show me a nice time when I come over there!

Right this very minute as I clicked on your blog, I have Rainbow Connection blaring through my laptop speakers.

I hope the next tests bring you nothing but your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
