Trio of Devine

My Aunty sent through some lovely pictures of Cooper & his cousins today.
For the love of God, forgive me for bombarding you with so many pictures of my son.....but seriously! They are begging to be shared!
Cooper at his 1st Easter Show.

And here is my nephew. OMG! Love him!

...and my niece. Hiding her dimples, but still!

My 2 beautiful brother's & I all welcomed new babes in 2007.
These 3 will share so many milestones & experiences. Including being ridiculously beautiful!
It's almost too much to stand!

Shy Boy

I know a stage of shyness is common with babies so I'm not too concerned with Cooper's recent new quirk.
He bawls whenever someone tries to say hello to him.
We go to the local shop everyday.
He used to love it. Now, I have to load him up with distracting rattles & soft toys to play with because without fail someone will greet him & he totally looses his shit! He even gets a little shy when his Nanny comes over. But I do love when he turns his little face away & buries it into Mum's shoulder.
He knows, even at 6 months that there's no safer place than in my arms.

My World

My boy.

Look at you in your big boy outfit!
How delicious can a babe be?

How lucky, lucky, lucky am I to have you in my world?
You are the most fabulous, incredible encounter I have ever experienced.
I love you so much, more than I can fathom.
My heart beats for you.
A million times per minute.

Bookworm

During our infertility struggle I read hundreds of articles, studies, blogs & books to learn more about our situation. I scoured the internet & like most of us, became an unwitting authority on IF. When we became pregnant I did the same, read, read, read. Why oh why did I not continue that path once Cooper arrived? Since my last post I have filled my head with so much baby info through the books "Babywise" & "Baby Love" and what do you know? I'm LEARNING stuff!
Our sleep situation is improving everyday. I know lots more about poo, or lack of, about red cheeks & tongue poking & cracked ears! Fascinating stuff!
Read, kids.
Books are for nerds.
And nerds are resoundingly more well rested.
